  • Local freight and pallet delivery companies for heavy equipment

Large items such as boilers, heat pumps, or industrial ventilation units may be shipped on pallets and require curbside delivery.

  • EU Countries: 3–7 business days
  • UK, Norway, Switzerland: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, logistics delays, or holiday seasons.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight, size, and destination.
  • Large or heavy products may require a freight surcharge.
  • Customers are responsible for customs duties or import taxes when applicable.

7. Order Tracking

  • For pallet shipments, the customer must ensure access for freight trucks.
  • Someone must be present to receive the delivery on the scheduled date.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer absence, additional re-delivery fees may apply.
  • Unclaimed shipments returned to us may incur return shipping fees.

10. Damaged or Missing Items

If your shipment arrives damaged, missing items, or with visible packaging damage:

  • Inspect the package before signing for delivery
  • Take photos of the damage
  • Report it within 48 hours to our support team

Such deliveries are typically made to the curbside (ground level).
Installation, lifting, or carrying items indoors is not included unless arranged separately.

  • Orders can be changed or cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it must follow the standard return policy.
